Data Scientist

  • Working across a number of business areas providing development, maintenance and support.
  •  Working as part of a squad and occasionally solo developments as the business needs arise
  •  Discuss/Meet business stakeholders to understand the problems they wish to address.
  • Collaborate with architects, analysts, business representatives, infrastructure
    specialists to jointly develop proposals for technical solutions including implementation deployment, support and troubleshooting overviews.
  • Scope and conduct Proof of Concepts when necessary
  • Help identify probable causes and provide immediate solution during an incident
  • Provide assistance to other developers/projects as needed
  • Work within an agile environment following agile standards and principles and
    ceremonies

Site Reliability Engineer

  • Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) combines software and systems engineering to build and run large-scale, massively distributed, fault-tolerant systems. SRE ensures that services—both our internally critical and our externally-visible systems—have reliability, uptime appropriate to users & needs and a fast rate of improvement.
  • Additionally SRE’s will keep an ever-watchful eye on the capacity and performance of our system. Much of our software development focuses on optimizing existing systems, building infrastructure and eliminating work through automation.
  • On the SRE team, you’ll have the opportunity to manage the complex challenges of scale which are unique to us, while using your expertise in coding, algorithms, complexity analysis and large-scale system design.
  • Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services—from inception and design, deployment, operation, and refinement.
  • Support services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
  • Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation; evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
  • Lead sustainable incident response, blameless postmortems, and production
    improvements that result in direct business opportunities for Organization.
  • Provide guidance to other team members on managing end-to-end availability and performance of mission-critical services, on building automation to prevent problem recurrence, and on building automated responses for non-exceptional service conditions.

Machine Learning Engineer

  • Working across a number of business areas providing development, maintenance and support

  • Design, builds, and productionizes ML models to solve business challenges using Google Cloud technologies and knowledge of proven ML models and techniques.
  • Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools
  • Design machine learning systems
  • Study and transform data science prototypes
  • Develop machine learning applications according to requirements
  • Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods
  • Run machine learning tests and experiments
  • Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results
  • Train and retrain systems when necessary
  • Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks
  • Keep abreast of developments in the field
  • Research or Industry experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML) models, ML infrastructure, Natural Language Processing or Deep Learning.

Contact Center

  • This role is responsible for supporting sales opportunities in ‘Technical Sales’, ‘Solutioning’ ‘Sales Consulting’ working closely internal & partner sales teams.

  • Position serves as technical expert and directs all technical sales activities for customers or partners in assigned territory or accounts.

  • Applies consultative solution selling skills to conduct discovery activities, translate needs into complex technical solutions, articulate unique value and drive sales to technical closure for assigned opportunities.

  • Creates the appropriate infrastructure for demos, trials, and proofs-of-concepts working closely with internal or partner engineering teams.

  • Leads knowledge transfer sessions to educate sales, partners & prospects with the latest technical, industry and product knowledge.

  • Understand and analyse customers’ requirements to design the technical solutions which meet customers’ needs

  • Position our services solution along with Channel Partners working with their technical team to help with required solution.
